The Director-General of National Centre for Women Development, Hon Dr. Asabe Vilita Bashir has received a well-deserved commendations from the President and Founder of Brekete family, Ordinary President,Ahmed Isah over the settlement of outstanding debts owed all the disengaged resource persons and other staff.

Speaking in a live phone in programme on human right radio today, the Ordinary President Ahmed Isah was filled with satisfaction and admirations on the DG (NCWD) for putting smiles on the faces of all the disengaged resource persons and other staff. He prayed fervently that the Almighty God will enrich her with unlimited happiness, rest of mind, sound health and above all, her children shall be the shining light of our nation.

Further, the Ordinary President stated that the DG (NCWD) is a rare gem among Nigerian populace for this act of kindness and assured that her breed should be given higher responsibility since she has proven her mettle as a DG. Commending the NCWD boss on behalf of the disengaged resource persons, Mr. Chimobi Franklin stated that the DG is a woman with a very compassionate heart who wasted no time in settling the outstanding arrears as soon as she assumed duties at the Centre. Further, Mr.Franklin commended the great resilience put up by the NCWD staff union for their unwavering commitment in ensuring that their money owed them were settled.
